Alexandra Ioana Daniela RUS- is a graduate of economic studies and law, with a master’s degree in Corporate Finance-Insurance, currently she is a PhD in Finance with a topic of interest for the economic field “The impact of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Performance”. She is author/co-author of several scientific articles for the field of interest and the research area includes several fields such as: intellectual capital, relationship between intellectual capital and economic and financial crime, public finance, corporate finance and insurance. She also works as an associate professor at two faculties of Babeș-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca
