Florin Alexandru Roman is a lawyer and associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Management within the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca.

Florin coordinates projects, advises and provides representation before the courts on organized crime, money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, corruption and work-related crimes (including industrial and labor accidents).

He completed in-depth studies in the field of European and Comparative Law in Italy (Pisa, Padua, Syracuse) and in France (Strasbourg). He is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2006) and the Naples Bar (2012).
