Septimiu Ioan Puț holds a PhD in legal sciences and he is university lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. He has been a lawyer in the Cluj Bar for 15 years. From the perspective of scientific research, his activity focuses mainly on the Theory of Law, Public Finance Law and Sports Law. Mr. Septimiu Ioan Puț is the author of over 30 studies in these scientific fields. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences. At the same time, he is a member of several scientific associations and editor-in-chief of the legal journal Cluj Tax Forum Journal.
